The capital city of Curaçao, Willemstad consists of four districts: Punda and Otrobanda, which are separated by Sint Anna Bay, and the districts of Scharloo and Pietermaai, each of these four districts, which are rich in architecture and colorful history, are just steps away from our studios, and that's why we say that we are located: Literally at the center of it all!
Punda
The oldest district of Willemstad, full of life and color with a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes that will make you fall in love with our Downtown. Every Thursday night Punda Vibes is hosted for a evening of shopping, live music, great local shows and good food.
Pietermaai
Pietermaai District is a must-visit destination for nightlife, entertainment, and fine dining and is just minutes' walking from the studios. The illuminated streets, good atmosphere and live music during the evenings make this district worth a visit.
Scharloo
A former suburb of Willemstad, started as a plantation and then when the city walls were demolished, wealthy jewish merchants started to built villas in Scharloo quickly becoming the wealthiest part of the city. The neighborhood currently features an abundance of art murals by local and international artists that make Scharloo remarkably fascinating.
Otrobanda
Crossing the Queen Emma floating Bridge you reach the neighborhood in front of Punda, the district that is at to other side of St. Anna Bay: Otrobanda, that literally means ‘the other side’ in Papiamentu. Otrobanda features brightly painted colonial buildings, vivid street art, and a ship-lined waterfront.
